GLENCANISP LODGE
Nestled in a hidden glen just a short drive from the amenities of the village of Lochinver, Glencanisp Lodge is a unique gem in the North West Scottish Highlands, just waiting for you to discover it...

Assynt is an artists' paradise

Glencanisp Lodge is the perfect venue to use as a base for a meeting of a walking or mountaineering club or group, or a fishing, hunting, wildlife, botany or geology group. What some of our guests have said
"Well, I had a lovely week and am hard pressed to criticise anything. It is like a dream now as I sit here looking out on to the tiny street of too small houses that are far too near one another."
"Loved it and intend to come back with reinforcements."

"It's a lovely old house, comfortable and well-used, open to anything, broken-in, as it were.
Its beautiful surroundings make it the perfect place for a retreat."

The larger of two sumptuously comfortable lounges with views to die for.
"An excellent and inspiring (and deliciously quiet) venue in an awesome location – my only regret is that I had too little time here."
"If you could just move Canisp over half a mile so that both can be seen from the bedroom windows that would be great!"
"Really don’t want to leave."
